Free EventJoin us for this Live Full Day Workshop For Beginners, Qigong For Beginners, on Saturday, Oct 18th, 2025. Experience The Magic Of Qigong with Medical Qigong Master, David J. Coon, who will share Qigong Exercises for Beginners. Also, learn one Guided Meditation for healing and a Medical Qigong Lecture on the benefits of a regular Qigong practice.
In this transformational workshop, you will learn protocols to cultivate Qi through Qigong Exercises and learn protocols to direct this Qi for personal healing. Participants will learn Qigong Exercises, Meditation, and Self-Healing Techniques that they can immediately incorporate into their everyday lives. This workshop will close with a short question and answer period.

Note: Wear comfortable clothing. Weather permitting, there will be some Qigong Exercise practice outside in nature, near the beautiful pine trees (there will be some shade). Please bring appropriate footwear & clothing for outdoor practice. Inside you may be barefoot or in comfortable footwear.
This workshop will be filmed and available on YouTube approximately 2 weeks following the program.
