About this Event
Community Corner is an NHS-run service dedicated to reducing social isolation and supporting people to live well, feel connected, and thrive within their local communities. We offer a welcoming, inclusive space and run a range of free activities designed to promote health, wellbeing, and positive social connections.
We warmly invite you to join us on Monday 10th February, from 10:30am to 12:30pm, for a relaxed and restorative morning of tea and Qigong at Earls Court Health and Wellbeing Hub. This session is suitable for all abilities and no prior experience is required.
Qigong is a gentle, traditional practice that combines slow, mindful movements with focused breathing. It helps stimulate the flow of life energy, known as Qi, throughout the body, leaving many people feeling calmer, more energized, and refreshed. Practising Qigong can support natural vitality, improve balance and flexibility, reduce stress, and help combat fatigue - making it a wonderful way to care for both body and mind.
After the session, there will be time to enjoy a cup of tea, relax, and connect with others in a friendly, supportive environment.

PLEASE ONLY BOOK IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND
The Community Corner team put a great deal of time, care, and effort into organising these events alongside running a busy drop-in service. While our sessions are free to attend, they are not free to run.
If your circumstances change and you are no longer able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to offer the space to someone else who may benefit from attending.
Thank you for your understanding and support — we look forward to welcoming you.
