We are back with Qigong & Yoga Collab!! Try something new or join us if you're familiar! We love combining these very different but very similar modalities.
We always experience beautiful community, healing and lots of laughs during these classes. The magic that happens during these classes is unbelievable! Nicole and Amy bring a combined experience of 25+ years of these ancient practices, infusing the old & the new for you to learn and use in the class and to take into your every day life.
You'll be led through a beautiful Qigong practice with Nicole that's ideal for all levels and humans - breath work, movement & internal focus.
Then Amy will lead you through a refreshing and mindful/restorative yoga class to integrate both practices complete with community building and some of all of the following: essential oils, journaling prompts, reflection, savasana, props and breath work.
Doors open at 4:45 p.m. If you would like to bring your mat, a blanket, tea / water, a journal and a friend, all are welcome!
No experience necessary.
