QiaoQiao Pet Festival 2026
About this Event
The runway is a staging ground. It raises money for homeless people's pets.
Qiao Qiao Pet Festival presents its third edition: a free daytime exhibition followed by a charity fashion show, featuring new work by eight designers trained at the Royal College of Art, Central Saint Martins, and London College of Fashion. Dogs walk the runway alongside the models. They wear nothing. This is deliberate.
The show is not a novelty. It is a considered statement about what fashion can do with its platform, and who gets to be on one. All net proceeds go to StreetVet, which provides free veterinary care to the pets of people experiencing homelessness across the UK. Every week, without charge.
Dogs attend on their own terms, without costume or performance, following BVA Five Freedoms guidelines. The position of the show is simple: presence does not require transformation.
The exhibition
NEXT TO = REAL, a free photography exhibition, opens on the day. Four hours of images about the bond that the evening is built around: people and the animals who stay beside them. Entry is free, and no ticket is required. Exhibition visitors who wish to stay for the runway show will need an evening ticket.

The origin
This festival began in 2024, when founder Hafay Canglah partnered with seven bars across Taiwan: every signature cocktail sold sent NT$100 toward medical care for senior dogs and cats. The second edition crossed continents, drawing 231 visitors to a community market in Hackney and raising funds for Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. This is the third year, and the largest.
