Come join us at Chá-Fé for a relaxing and creative experience in our Chinese Ink Painting Workshop! Learn the traditional art of using ink and water to create beautiful and expressive paintings.
We are excited to host a professional teacher, Ling from @, who will guide us through the basic skills of Chinese ink painting. This workshop will focus on Summer Pineapple, celebrating the vibrant spirit of summer while painting on a beautiful traditional Chinese fan.

Theme: 🍍 Summer Pineapple on a Traditional Chinese Fan 🍍
Ling will guide you step-by-step through Chinese ink painting techniques, styles, and the rich history behind this beautiful art form. During the workshop, she will demonstrate how to paint a vibrant Summer Pineapple, and each participant will complete their own hand-painted artwork on a traditional Chinese fan to take home.
👩🎨 About the Teacher
Originally from Taiwan, Ling (Yi Ling Lai) is an international artist now based in London, with over 10 years of experience in Chinese calligraphy and ink painting. She has collaborated with leading institutions including:
• The British Museum • Prada • The Museum of London • Camden Council
Known for her warm teaching style and mastery of technique, Ling consistently receives glowing 10/10 reviews from her students.
