Schedule

Mondays, 8:00–9:00 AM

Self-Healing Qigong
Instructor: Elisa Halma

Self Healing Qigong is an ancient Chinese movement art of attracting positive energy and dispelling negative energy. Self Healing Qigong encourages vitality and wellness through mind-body exercises that balance and strengthen each of the five major organ systems of Traditional Chinese Medicine. These gentle forms can be done standing or seated and suitable for all abilities. Start your day with renewed energy and gentleness by harmonizing mind, body, & spirit.

Tuesdays, 8:00–9:00 AM

Dao-In Yoga
Instructor: Snohomish Brown

Dao-Yin Yoga, which means energy conducting union, is a system of gentle stretches that nurtures and invigorates personal energy and attunes it to maximize vitality. Dao-Yin is part of the Taoist Immortal cultivation tradition and is also part of the Taoist medical system, like physical therapy. Because Dao-Yin energizes and conducts your energy through certain specific channels or meridians in the body, it can also break up and dissipate emotional problems. It is especially effective for people who sit too much or for those who have their energy concentrated in their heads. Snohomish Brown is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a Licensed Acupuncturist who has been teaching Qi Gong Energy Cultivation and Thai Chi for over twelve years. He will guide you through many postures and stretches accessible to almost anyone involved in any circumstance. And for the serious student in search of longevity and spiritual immortality, the foundation is here.

Wednesdays, 8:00–9:00 AM

18-Step Harmony Tai Chi
Instructor: Chris Me’aley Mudarri

Harmony Tai Chi is an ancient moving meditation benefiting mind, body, and spirit. It harmonizes personal energy with universal energy and balances the three energy centers of the body. Rooted in the Ni Family heritage, this form embodies the spirit of the Tao Te Ching and supports balance, harmony, and a deeper understanding of Qi.

Thursdays, 8:00–9:00 AM

Self-Healing Qigong
Instructor: Trenton Kershner

Self-Healing Qigong focuses on attracting positive energy and releasing stagnation through gentle movements that support the five major organ systems of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Begin your day with renewed energy and calm by harmonizing mind, body, and spirit.
