Join Moon Dragon Fitness outside on Tuesday mornings for a relaxing session of meditation, movement, and stretching. In this class, you will learn movement patterns that encourage better mobility, as well as techniques that help cultivate deep breathing. The connection between the movements and the breathing patterns turn into a meditation that helps to reduce stress and develop mindfulness. Enjoy the beauty and peace of nature while learning to embrace peace within yourself!
Class is $10 and is held in South Hills Park, along Lincoln Avenue. Park in the lot near the fields and walk north along the path to find us!
