Welcome to the PYC Global Summit!

We are bringing together our community from our studios across Canada and the USA for one unforgettable weekend. Together, we’ll flow, dive into meaningful workshops and breakout sessions, and build new connections across the PYC community.

Whether you’ve been with us for the past 17 years or this is your first time meeting us, we’re so excited to have you be part of this experience.

Obviously, we're going to sweat together, and you'll have a change to select from workshops like Intention into Action, Inversions, Meditation, Entrepreneurship, Deep Flow Sound Bath, Breathwork and more. Our full roster of workshops and facilitators will be revealed in July.
