Join Denver Girl's Club, the Colorado Hiking Girls, and Work From Denver for an outdoor fitness class with PVOLVE!

PVOLVE is a clinically-proven, functional workout that uses resistance equipment to sculpt and strengthen the body - for unmatched results today and long-term. This is a great way to try out a new workout and meet some new friends in the process!

Strength & Sculpt is PVOLVE's signature 50 minute class that blends low-impact, functional movement with resistance-based equipment for incredible results. By working every muscle group in the body, you'll get a dynamic sculpting and toning work out that builds stability, mobility, and full-body strength.

We will be starting the class at 6:30pm and afterwards, enjoying some drinks from Leisure Hydration.

This ticket price includes the PVOLVE class, complimentary drinks, and access to the social, we can't wait to see you there!

Attendees must bring their own mat.
