Join the Northeast Indiana Innovation Community and Gensyn Design for a two-part series designed to help business and organizational leaders better understand artificial intelligence, strengthen their capacity for innovation, and identify practical next steps they can begin implementing.
Session One: Putting AI to Work

Artificial intelligence is quickly moving beyond chatbots and simple productivity tools. It is beginning to influence how organizations manage information, make decisions, automate processes, anticipate problems, and create value for their customers.
During this session, participants will gain a practical understanding of how AI works, where it is already showing up in business, and how organizations can begin moving from experimentation to operational intelligence.
Topics will include:
How artificial intelligence works
Practical AI demonstrations and business applications
The limitations and risks organizations should understand
Where AI can improve operations, decision-making, forecasting, and administrative processes
The AI maturity curve and how organizations can identify their next stage of adoption
Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of AI’s opportunities and limitations, as well as ideas for where it could create meaningful value within their organizations.
Session Two: Futureproof—Building Capacity for Continuous Innovation

Organizations are being challenged by the fastest pace of change and disruption ever experienced. Leaders must remain focused on daily operations while also preparing their teams and organizations for the future.
This interactive session explores how to build your organization’s internal capacity for continuous innovation so it can adapt to change while continuing to deliver value to customers, employees, and stakeholders.
Topics will include:
Turning insight into action
Creating conditions that support experimentation
Strengthening your team’s adaptability
Building innovation into your organization’s ongoing operations
Identifying practical opportunities for organizational change
Participants will complete a short assessment to reflect on their own organization and will leave with at least one concrete next step they can put into action.
