Getting to the From the Centre/Logistics:
The 2025 retreat consists of seven nights of accommodation, food and yoga at Playa Paraiso, Adeje approximately thirty minutes from the southern airport. Book your travel to arrive on the Saturday 31st of January before dinner time and plan to leave the centre by 11 am on Saturday the 7 of February.
All levels of practitioners are welcome to this retreat, no prior knowledge of ashtanga yoga or the Bhagavad Gita is necessary, however may be useful.
