Join Poetry NI and The Crescent as we present Purely Poetry Open Mic Night.Welcoming readers of all styles and experiences, from first timers to old pros, we foster an open, laid back and encouraging atmosphere for people to read their work, and to listen in comfort. Quite simply, we want your poems, and we want you to enjoy the experience of reading them to us!
Tickets available via the Crescent Box Office shortly, or just buy on the night. Dust off your notebooks and join us for Open Mic Poetry at The Crescent.
To take part:
Registration opens at 7.15pm - come along and sign up to read
Event starts at 7.30pm
All names are drawn out from our Magical Hat of Randomness
Each person has seven minutes max to read, so that we can give as much time as possible to people wanting to read. Spaces are limited (we have to let the staff get home at some stage!).
This event is BYO.
