Prepare for the energy of spring! Meet the season of clearing space, rooting, and blossoming toward a fuller expression of yourself, just like flowers, trees and wildlife are doing all around us.In this session, you will experience:
· Breathwork to center and align your energy
· Gentle movement to awaken and prepare the body
· Sound healing with bowls, gongs, and other instruments to soothe the nervous system
We will rest our nerves to prepare to receive and engage with spring more authentically.
