Earth Song Sound Bath Meditation

Sound can be a soothing, calming element. Our busy lives sometimes lend little time for us to stop and listen to the beautiful symphony that is Mother Nature. This meditative experience incorporates nature sounds in a sound bath led by Dante Baker using a variety of instruments to create an immersive practice of sound designed to bring deep states of relaxation.

What to bring / Other Info

• Comfortable clothes. No shoes on studio floor.
• Yoga / exercise mat. The studio also has mats and props.
• Water.
• There is free parking at the studio and in the neighborhood if the lot is full.
• There is a restroom in the building.
