Pure Meditation Evenings are offered weekly on Sundays at 7:15pm @Lovelight Collective in Old Town, Lansing.All are warmly welcome to join for these meditation gatherings. We begin the evening with some gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness, followed by silent, candle-lit meditation. ‘Winged Prayer’ is spoken out loud at 8pm, offering a prayer of peace & healing for all of life. A truly loving way to step into the week ahead.
All forms of silent meditation are welcome at Pure Meditation Evenings. And if you don't practice any form of meditation, that's okay, too! All are welcome to come and imbibe in the peace and quiet during these times.
Pure Meditation Evenings are always free of charge. Donations accepted.
Pure Meditations Evenings are not instructional or guided. They are a time set aside for like-minded souls to gather and practice their silent meditation with others in a space of love and community.
If you are new to meditation/meditative states or would like to learn a meditative technique to practice at Pure Meditation Evenings or in your daily life, please contact Alison Kuchnicki (contact info. below) to learn more about the ‘Pure Meditative Peace Course’ and other learning opportunities. In the Pure Meditative Peace Course, you are taught a technique for finding a meditative state. The course is an introduction to meditation and to the in-depth practice of ‘Pure Meditation’. ‘Pure Meditative Peace’ is a complete and comprehensive practice in and of itself and a great place to start if you are wanting to put meditation into your life~and for anyone wishing to experience more peace.
