About AcuDetox:
An Ear Acupuncture experience using NADA 5 Point AcuDetox Treatment that involves five small, sterilized disposable needles inserted into specific areas in each ear of the participant. Once the needles are inserted, you will lay in a meditative state while receiving sound frequencies surround the room (about 30 minutes). This allows your body to have a non-verbal way of dealing with stressors and balance the mind, body, and spirit.
About Breathwork:
We will be using a three-part breathing practice with music while you are laying down, which Re-calibrates your nervous system, Elevates your vibration, Somatically releases stored emotion, Expands your consciousness, and Transforms you into your most authentic self. You will be guided the whole entire way.
About a Sound Journey:
The vibration of sound is not just heard by your ears, but felt through your entire being. Utilizing a variety of sound instruments including Tibetan Sound Bowls, Gongs, Chimes, Tuning Forks and more. The frequencies and rhythm of the sound therapy align the body's energy to a harmonious state.

This is not just any workshop or sound healing – this is a unique, multi-dimensional experience of renewal and harmonization that will center you with clear intentions and energy for this New Moon and beyond.

What you need to know to prepare:
• Dress comfortably in loose clothing, especially near your chest and abdomen
• Refrain from eating for an hour prior
· Have a journal, water, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and eye covering (optional)

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATORS: Alexis Schneider & Dawn Zuidema
Alexis is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS) and Energy Healing Practitioner. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health, rehabilitation, wellness space and her own health journey through cancer, Alexis takes a science-and-soul approach to healing. As the Owner & Founding Director of LiveWell, Alexis is passionate about helping her community HEAL, LEARN and GROW. She believes that in order for us to truly heal we must identify the root cause and address all layers of self: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, spiritual and communal. Alexis inspires and empowers people to create their own state of ultimate health and happiness, naturally.

Dawn is a certified meditation teacher, breathwork facilitator, sound therapy practitioner, and reiki practitioner with A New Dawn Arising. She started her journey of self-rediscovery when she was burnt out, overwhelmed, and numb to life and is now using her gifts to create a ripple effect of love, joy, and peace. She has a unique talent for meeting people where they are and supporting them on their path to the greatness of their authentic selves. She combines her learned modalities to create a safe, supported environment while also pushing you outside your comfort zone, for you to realize the potential you already have within yourself. She creates a bridge to connect who you are now to who you want to become by using her intuition, empathy, and tools she acquired during her journey.
