PURE BLISS AND LOVING KINDNESS SOUND BATH MEDITATION

Relax to the sounds and vibrations of deep healing. Experience a deep calm and clear stuck energy. Release stress and residual harm from past trauma.

This month we will focus on cultivating Loving-Kindness.

I will guide you deep into your heart while playing intuitive vibrational music using sacred crystal singing bowls, traditional Tibetan singing bowls, ancient bell and tingsha.

Each sound bath is a unique experience customized to the needs of participants. You will be invited to release that which you no longer desire and to bring into your life that which your higher self longs for. Vibrations of love and compassion strengthen your intension and bring your highest vibration forward to lead the way.

What to bring:

• Everything you need to be comfortable laying on the floor. This could include a mat, blanket(s), bolster, pillow(s), eye mask
• Water or herbal tea to drink (room temperature or warm)

What to wear:

• Comfortable clothes and layers. Yoga or other soft and stretchy clothing works best. Layers are great to keep you warm or cool off as needed. Some people even wear pajamas!
