Pups & Pilates Mat Class!

Join our Club Pilates team for a fun 45-minute PAW-LATES class @ The Wag Dog Park & Bar on Saturday, July 25! Class will start at 9am, but we invite you to join us as early as 8:15am to get set-up and grab a coffee prior to starting. Class will end by 10am and you are welcome to stay after. Experience the transformative benefits of Pilates as you sculpt and tone your body, improve posture, and cultivate a sense of balance and mindfulness. All while working alongside... PUPS!

Our popular Pups & Pilates class is back! And this time, you get to workout directly alongside your pup, running around and joining in on the fun with you :) This class will be in the large 10,000 square foot outdoor space that The Wag offers. Dogs are welcome to run around off-leash and not have to be separated from you during the class. Even if you don't have a dog of your own to bring, this event is still for you - it's open to the public (pup or not!).

What's better than starting class with a free coffee and ending it with a free refreshing drink! Plus, you and your pups are welcome to stay for open playtime afterwards on the entire premise! Please note that the fee to bring your dog is only $5 extra (which you will pay at the venue on day of), OR if you are already a member of The Wag, admission for your dog is free
