Puppy Yoga: Stretch & Adopt

That's right my friends, myself, Erin of Lifted Spiritss and TinyCause 5013C rescue are at it again for another round of puppy yoga and we cannot wait to play with you!!
This upcoming class is scheduled for Sunday August 2nd from 1-3pm at the Steel Goat Marketplace <3
1-145pm will be a meet and greet with TinyCause puppies and their TWO litters, the "Cookout" and "Moo Moo" litters.
We will then settle it down a bit but remain playful with the pups as we go through a gentle, beginner and kid friendly yoga flow that will be fun and flowy, mainly seated so plenty of time to play with the pups!
The pups will be roaming free, and they will certainly be doing PUPPY things, so be prepared :D
Bring your yoga mat, water or beverage and wallet to donate to TinyCause and shop the 100 local vendors inside the Steel Goat Marketplace (like Lifted Spiritss the mystical artist)
Donations are highly encouraged and part of your ticket will go to fundraising for TinyCause. These are all adopatable puppies so if you are interested in adopting, please contact TinyCause prior to discuss and fill out their forms <3
We cannot wait to see you for this class! Tickets are $35 per person and limited to 20 people to maintain enough room for everyone :)
