Tired after work? Come unwind with a Puppy Yoga class in Miami. 🐾

Trade the stress of the day for a room full of puppies. Puppy Yoga is a 70-minute beginner-friendly yoga class with adorable Toy & Mini Poodle puppies roaming, cuddling, and interacting with you throughout — about 45 minutes of gentle guided yoga followed by 25 minutes of puppy playtime, photos, and cuddles. Bring the kids, bring a friend, bring a date — everyone leaves happier.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing weeknight reset, a cute date night, a girls' night idea, something to do with your friend group, or a family activity in Miami, Aventura, or North Miami — this is one of the most unique evenings out in the city.

All levels are welcome. Our licensed yoga trainer guides the flow and matches the class pace to the group, so complete beginners and regular yogis are equally at home.

It's a full recharge for your body and mind after a long day. You get a gentle workout in, and your dopamine goes through the roof from all the puppy kisses and attention. You'll leave lighter, calmer, and happier than you walked in — movement, mindfulness, and a room full of puppies all at once.

This is a genuine win-win. Our puppies get to socialize, interact with new people, and soak up all the affection and attention they deserve — early, positive experiences that help them grow into confident, well-adjusted companions. And if you fall in love, our puppies are available to go home.

The puppies in our class aren't rented from an outside vendor. They're our own carefully raised Toy & Mini Poodles. No last-minute breed swaps, no unreliable sources — and it's your chance to get to know the Poodle breed up close, ask real questions about temperament, size, and grooming, and meet these dogs from the people who actually raise them.

👨‍👩‍👧 Bringing kids? Children ages 8+ are welcome with an adult. Please keep in mind the class runs 70 minutes with about 45 minutes of yoga, so younger children don't always have the attention span for the full flow. Little ones are welcome to take part in the class alongside their adult — and for any child who'd rather not sit through the whole yoga portion, we have a separate area where they can relax and play with the puppies, as long as it doesn't interrupt the class for other guests.

⭐ A note for allergy-sensitive guests: Poodles are widely known as a "hypoallergenic" breed because they don't shed, which makes this a great fit for people with sensitivities. This is shared for your consideration based on general breed research — no dog is 100% hypoallergenic, individual reactions vary, and we cannot guarantee that any person will be free of an allergic reaction. Guests with known allergies attend at their own discretion.
