Houston's puppy yoga experience has arrived.

Pawty Yoga brings pre-screened puppies into a cozy Memorial-area studio for a 75-minute session of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga and supervised puppy play. You don't need to be "good at yoga" — most guests are complete beginners. Come to move, laugh, cuddle, and leave with your week reset.

What's included

• 75 minutes of guided, low-pressure yoga led by a certified instructor

• Freely roaming, pre-screened puppies (typically 8–16 weeks, selected for temperament, health, and comfort with people)
