Our Puppy Yoga sessions at Rebarkable Retreat blend gentle, accessible yoga with the heart-melting presence of playful puppies. Expect light movement, deep breaths, spontaneous laughter, and plenty of puppy snuggles woven throughout the class.

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, brand new to the mat, or just here for the puppies (no judgment 😉), this experience is designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and leave smiling.

• A 45 minute gentle yoga class (all levels and ages 4+ welcome)
• 15 minutes of extra snuggle and photo time
• Supervised interaction with adorable, well-socialized puppies
• A calm, cozy indoor studio space
• Time before and after class for puppy cuddles, photos, and connection

• A yoga mat (limited extras available)
• Comfortable clothing
• A filled water bottle
• A sense of play and openness to puppy love 🐾

Our puppies are carefully selected, closely supervised, and cared for by the Rebarkable Retreat team throughout the session. Puppy wellbeing always comes first — including breaks, naps, and respectful handling.

Please note: Puppy breed, age, and number are always subject to change based on availability and what is best for the pups on the day. No matter who joins us, you can expect a joyful, heart-warming experience.
