A Valani Wellness Event
Join us for Puppies, Pilates & Presence — a complimentary wellness retreat hosted by Valani Wellness Co. and designed exclusively for 25 women in Houston, Texas.
This is not just a fitness class. This is a morning created entirely for you. A chance to slow down, move your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect with yourself in the most intentional way.
You will be welcomed with a Valani Liquid Chlorophyll shot, guided through a 50-minute Pilates session alongside adorable rescue puppies from the Houston Humane Society, led through a calming meditation by our founder Batu Karin , and immersed in a healing sound bath experience.
Every guest leaves with a curated Valani Wellness gift bag and the opportunity to give one of our rescue puppies a forever home.
Houston Humane Society staff will be on site throughout the event to assist with any adoption inquiries.
This experience is completely complimentary. Spots are limited to 25 women only.
Dress Code: Beige, ivory, Cream Sage Green, Forest Green or Blush Pink Activewear
