This 4-week summer experience is designed for those looking to build strength, improve endurance, and stay consistent through the season.
Meeting twice weekly in a small group setting, The Body Lab combines curcuit-style Pilates training with intentional movement, mindful breathwork, and a strong sense of community.
Each session is thoughtfully designed to challenge your body, elevate your energy, and help you develop greater bdoy awareness while builidng lean, functional strength. Whether you're looking to create healthy momemtum, stay accountable, or simply feel your best this summer, The Body Lab provides the structure, support, and encouragement to help you get there.
