We're proud to partner with Colorado Puppy Rescue, an incredible organization dedicated to helping dogs find loving forever homes. Spend time with adoptable pups, connect with fellow animal lovers, learn more about the rescue's mission, and maybe even meet your future best friend.
We'll kick things off with an all-levels outdoor mat Pilates class featuring a signature BODYBAR flow designed to challenge your core, improve stability, and leave you feeling strong and energized. And because this is Puppies & Pilates, you can expect plenty of puppy cuddles, photo opportunities and swag bags!
Whether you're a longtime Pilates enthusiast, a dog lover, or simply looking for a fun way to spend a summer evening, this event is designed to be welcoming, uplifting, and full of joy. Come experience the energy of the BODYBAR community, meet fellow Highlands Ranch residents, and see what makes BODYBAR so much more than a workout.

🐶 While attendance is free, donations to Colorado Puppy Rescue are greatly appreciated to help support the dogs in their care.

At Colorado Puppy Rescue, the health, safety, and well-being of our puppies and dogs always come first. Because rescue work is unpredictable, there may be times when puppies who were expected to attend an event are unable to participate due to medical needs, transport changes, adoptions, or other unexpected circumstances. While we do our very best to have puppies at our events, we cannot guarantee their attendance. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and flexibility as we navigate the ever-changing world of rescue. Thank you for supporting our mission and for helping us put the needs of the dogs first.
