Puppet-making Workshop
About this Event
Celebrate Father’s Day with a playful, hands-on creative experience at Canopy Studios!
Join Mexican multidisciplinary artist Almendra Vergara for a fun and imaginative puppet-making workshop where kids and their parents, grandparents, caregivers, or the whole family can create their own paper animal puppet or marionette using collage techniques and mixed media materials.
Inspired by storytelling, folk art, and playful creativity, participants will cut, layer, decorate, and assemble their own unique moving creature to take home. No experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to create together.
This family-friendly workshop is a wonderful way to celebrate Father’s Day through creativity, imagination, and shared memories.
