It's all-out Anarkitty in the LB! at Feline Good Social Club for Punk Rawk Yoga on Sunday, June 30th at 6pm. We will be stretching out our stress (and dismantling the hairy-archy) to the revolutionary and rebellious sounds of anarcho and peace punk, joined by our curious and personable cats & kittens who are absolutely *riotous* for yoga (and all the mats, straps, and human furniture that comes along!)
We'll be flowing to an exclusively curated playlist featuring the music of Crass, Zounds, DIRT, Conflict, Chumbawamba, and so many more!
Punk Rawk Yoga is offered by certified E-RYT200 yoga instructor nicoal renee - the punk rawk yogi! This class is an all levels, beginner-friendly 45-minute practice with an added 15-min cool down with our cats and kittens.
Subversive or cat-like attire encouraged, but not required 😸
