Legacy Postpartum Retreat, in collaboration with Dr. Shari-Ann James, invites families to a cozy Baby & Me Meet-Up at the park! Bring your little pumpkins 🍁 for a morning of play, connection, and community. Dr. Shari-Ann James will be on hand to engage parents and caregivers in lighthearted conversation, share seasonal mental health tips, and encourage meaningful connection with other families. Babies and toddlers will enjoy playful activities, while parents discover gentle, supportive practices to nurture their own well-being this fall.
