Join Level II Authorized Ashtanga Yoga teacher and founder of The Yoga Shala, Krista Shirley, for a transformational 200-hour yoga teacher training rooted in the traditional lineage of Ashtanga Yoga.

This immersive apprenticeship is rigorous, intimate, and personal—designed to support your growth, elevate your practice, and help you understand yoga as a lifelong path.

You’ll train across 9 intensive weekends over 6 months in Maitland, Florida, with ongoing mentorship, observation, and hands-on assisting. Whether you’re an aspiring teacher or a dedicated student, you’ll receive expert guidance, community support, and practical tools to grow from the inside out.

📚 What You’ll Learn:

• Traditional Ashtanga Yoga – Primary & Intro to Intermediate Series
• Anatomy & subtle body systems
• Philosophy, chanting, kriyas, and history
• Breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness
• Adjustments, cueing, sequencing, teaching methodology
• Mind-body science: neuroplasticity, proprioception, tensegrity, somatics
• Business & ethics of teaching yoga

Weekend Times:

• Fridays: 5:00pm–9:00pm
• Saturdays: 7:30am–3:30pm
• Sundays: 7:30am–3:30pm

• Tuition: $3,400 – includes all instruction, mentorship, and materials (except books)
• Optional Membership Add-On for Local Students: $1,600 unlimited class access (save $620)
