Important Ticket Information

Please note that by opting out of receiving emails, your ticket and other important event information may not be delivered to you, as tickets are automatically issued through our system via email. Your order will still remain valid.

We reserve the right to amend event details, including venue, time, or date for secret location formats. If details change, tickets will remain valid.

We strongly recommend waiting for final event details before booking, as tickets remain non-refundable in these cases.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled due to circumstances within our control.

Please note:

PUMP & PRAISE is open to girls aged 7+

Please note that anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and supervised at all times. Organisers cannot take responsibility for unsupervised children.

For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 7 are not permitted to attend our events under any circumstances. This includes babies or infants in carriers, prams, or straps. Unfortunately, entry will be refused if attendees arrive with children under 7.
