Mellie of Red Cedar Bodywork is teaching us an integral skill in her herbal practice.
Pulse testing is a fun, easily accessible way to holistically match herbs and flower essences to a person’s system. This approach refines how we choose herbal medicines based on direct confirmation from the plants and pulses. In this class, you will learn the basics of pulse testing so you can begin practicing with flower essences and drop-dose herbal tinctures.
Plants have offered medicine and guidance for as long as humans have been on the planet, helping us navigate life more coherently when energy becomes stagnant, overactive, or depleted. This approach is especially useful during life transitions, intentional growth work, or whenever one seeks deeper nourishment and care from these wise beings. Working with plants, responsibly gathered from our local bioregion, can offer subtle yet powerful support for body, mind, and spirit.
During this affordable 3-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn and practice this technique in small groups. This is a skill to practice, utilze and teach to others!
