*Instead of our monthly, 3rd Thursday event at the Barn...*We invite you to a beautiful, downtown venue for a long night of dancing to celebrate the PULSE community!
7pm - Arrive, schmooze with community and enjoy delicious desserts & non-alcoholic drinks (contributions welcome)
7:30pm - Workshop with Elliot Katz: "Responding to the Moment" - All encouraged to attend
then, 3 hours of social dancing with 3 different DJs
8:30pm - QUINTESSENCE
9:30pm - LALALOVE
10:30pm - [TBA] (microFusion set)
11:30pm - nice goodbyes

Ticket prices increase $5 each Friday at 12pm:
Starting at $20 (Get 'em early!)

ENCOURAGEMENTS
* Participate in the workshop preceding the social dance, as it 1) warms up our dancer bodies and minds, 2) connects us with multiple other dancers and as a cohesive, collective whole, and 3) gives us new vocabulary for more creative and attuned dances. This is how our dance scene continues to root and blossom!
* Bring dancing shoes, whatever is comfortable for you (though smoother, softer soles are best)! If you prefer to dance bare foot on this smooth Oak floor, so be it.
* Dress up! Whatever that means for you, for a special dance party.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP FACILITATOR:
As a PULSE Partner Dance organizer and dance facilitator, Elliot Katz brings passion and authenticity to create containers of safety and exploration. He views the dance floor experience as a mirror for our inner lives, offering awareness and attunement to the human dynamics of power, consent and desire that play out in all our relations.

Together we are cultivating a vibrant, thriving community of partner dancers, welcoming in your expressive, authentic, connective movement to fuse with one another and the 🔥hottest🔥 of beats for a dynamic evening of dance! Our gatherings are for anyone ready to connect in partnership on the dance floor and our events will adapt and grow as we all build trust and inspiration together!!

We’re honored to be hosted by Green Valley Village, where our dance floor is located in a beautiful converted barn, surrounded by redwoods and that magical West County feel! We are based out of Sebastopol, CA and aim to connect partner dancers in Sonoma County, CA and beyond. Every Spring, we have a big "Anniversary" Party! And sometimes, we throw other big events.

We are committed to growing, harmonizing, and exchanging ideas in connective movement. We invite you to cultivate your skills in communication, consent, nonverbal cues, and partnered dance movement and will be offering support via lessons before events - our own, and before other dances in the Sonoma County, CA region.
