About this Event

As the chaos of the world demands our attention, PULSE is a regular cleanse: the ritual of coming back into presence, breath and body.

PULSE LIVE × Dharma Yoga House is a collaboration between Humane Design and Dharma Yoga House. Kelley Doyle opens the night with a guided yoga flow set to live music by PULSE, the Humane Design house band. The floor then opens into ecstatic dance, followed by an ambient sound bath and a facilitated integration to land it all. Sober, phone-free, no experience needed. First-timers are welcome.

Doors 5:45 PM, opening circle 6:15 PM. Bring comfortable clothes, water, and an open mind.
