RESTORATIVE YOGA + ALCHEMY SOUNDBATH // A Resonant Restorative Yoga & Soundbath Weekly Class
Join Lili for a deeply restorative 60-minute Yoga class and Crystal Tones Soundbath that combines mindful, supported movement with the therapeutic power of sound and vibration. We'll begin by connecting with our breath, then move through 2-4 restorative postures, held for longer periods to access a slow, supported opening and release using yoga props like bolsters, blocks, and blankets. Then we shift into a Crystal Tones Alchemy Soundbath where you will experience a meditative journey through different instruments, elements and energy.
As you soften into each pose, the support of the props invite the body to slowly open with the flow of breath and the power of gravity.
This unique practice helps to down-regulate the nervous system, releasing physical and energetic stagnation, leading to greater clarity and relaxation. You'll leave feeling profoundly relaxed, with a sense of space and peace that extends beyond the mat.
