About this Event

Discover Puget Sound During Prohibition

Travel back in time with local historian Brad Holden as he tells the spectacular story of Puget Sound during the Prohibition era. Learn why Washington went dry four years before the rest of the country and how the illegal booze trade operated. Hear all about the exploits of local bootleggers, rum runners and corrupt officials, as well as an entire circuit of illicit nightclubs known as roadhouses that once dotted the Edmonds stretch of Highway 99. Brad will also share some rare and never-seen-before photographs from Washington's debaucherous past.

Your ticket includes a glass of wine, beer, or soft drink. Additional drinks available for purchase.
