This event is perfect for anyone who loves self-care, mindful plant use, and holistic wellness.

• We'll start with a Pilates Flow with Ariana ()
  Center your energy and awaken your body with a guided pilates session designed for all experience levels.
• Then we'll embrace a sesh with gifted goodies. (30 minutes)
• Lastly, unwind with a Sound Bath by Alice Moon ()
  Drift into deep relaxation as crystal singing bowls and soothing frequencies wash over you. Alice’s sound baths have been featured on NBC LA, Time Out, and SF Gate — and now you can experience her magic live.
