Learn the crucial role of a literary agent in securing a deal, and discover how working directly with a publisher might be an alternative route. This essential session will demystify the publishing landscape and help you chart the best course for your creative work.

Join us on 12th March 2026 at London Book Fair 2026 at Author HQ between 2:05pm - 2:50pm for this expert panel. Byte The Book’s Justine Solomons will chair this event and our panel includes:

  • Ben Hughes, Sales and Business Development, Ingram Spark
  • James Wills, MD Watson Little
  • Laura Deacon, Publisher at Bookoture


Attendees will have the opportunity to learn from our panel, ask questions and network before and after the discussion.
