Public Law and Health Policy: Democratising or De-Moralising? Celebrating the Contributions of Professor Keith Syrett
About this Event

The intersections between public law and health are of enormous practical and philosophical significance, even while they often receive much more limited attention in health law than do private and even criminal law. The 2026 Centre for Health, Law, and Society annual symposium addresses that deficit while also celebrating the key contributions in public law and health by our colleague and former co-Director, Professor Keith Syrett.
We are delighted to have outstanding speakers, who are leaders in applied scholarship and practice concerning questions such as public and global health law, resource allocation, and health, politics, and constitutional law.
