Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Brighton will hold a public hearing regarding Land Use and Development Code amendments related to incentives for accessible, affordable, and diverse housing, referred to in the Code as community benefit incentives.
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the amendments at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The hearing will take place in the City Council Chambers, located on the first floor of City Hall, 500 South 4th Avenue in Brighton, CO. The Planning Commission will hear evidence from City staff and any interested parties and will make a recommendation on the amendments thereafter.
