Psychedelic Yoga

This workshop introduces Psychedelic Yoga, a collection of practices to cultivate non-ordinary states of consciousness to support healing, spiritual exploration, and creative flow. Each practice in Psychedelic Yoga can be applied to everyday life.

We'll journey through gentle postures that open energetic pathways, breathwork that can shift consciousness as powerfully as any substance, and sound healing with live didgeridoo vibrations that create resonance in the body's energy centers.

Drawing from Tibetan Dream Yoga, we'll practice meditations that reveal the dream-like nature of all experience. We'll explore our senses mindfully—savoring grapes as a gateway to presence, and for the adventuresome, experiencing nail boards as a practice in working skillfully with intense feelings.

Optional high-quality cannabis edibles will be available.

Everyone is welcome, from beginners wanting a unique and deeply relaxing experience to yoga teachers, therapists, and psychedelicjourneyers seeking new methods. The practices are designed to calm the mind and reduce suffering, bringing us closer to our natural state of awareness and joy.
