Psychedelic Assembly x Liminal Yoga: Community Launch Class

Join us this Saturday for a special community yoga gathering at Liminal Yoga, a new studio opened by Psychedelic Assembly co-founder Suzy Baker in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

Many of you know Suzy as the Assembly's group integration facilitator and have experienced group integration circles with her. On Saturday, she’ll guide the community through another form of integration: YOGA!

Liminal Yoga is a humble studio that invites guests to show up as they are. Together we practice through breath, movement, and community. We explore what Suzy calls the liminal space: the threshold between where we’ve been and what we’re becoming. In this in-between space, we slow down, notice what's real for us, and move together with curiosity and acceptance.

This beginner-friendly class will be a chance for the Psychedelic Assembly community to experience the new studio, practice together, and connect.

After class, we’ll hang out in the space and explore the building together. Just outside the studio you’ll find a beautiful apothecary run by our lovely in house herbalist, Drew, who works with a variety of plants and creates her own teas and other goodies. There’s also a rooftop and it will be warm! We’ll also explore other parts of the building that Liminal Yoga calls home—an inspiring space shared with a community devoted to sound and dance.

We’re excited to begin weaving Psychedelic Assembly gatherings into this new space and look forward to hosting additional integrations and events here.
