✨Back by popular demand, Sharon Nacache will lead “Connecting through Creativity” a mindful art-making exercise to help you tune into your body and innate creativity in a safe and supportive space. Please have a few art supplies, like loose paper or a notebook, handy for the event. It will be helpful to have at least two writing and/or drawing instruments, like a pen, highlighter, markers or crayons, and a blank piece of paper for the art session! 🎨

✨New for this year, Lisa Tremayne, RN, PMH-C, CBC, founder and the Director for the Center for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders at Monmouth Medical Center, will host our networking activity. Lisa is both a survivor and dedicated advocate of improving the standard of care and raising awareness for Perinatal Mental Health. 📢
