Our guest speaker for March is noted halibut hunter, John Beath!John is known for catching a lot of flat fish in the Straits. He’s going to talk about best tactics and gear for finding and catching halibut in the varied bottom conditions from Port Townsend to Port Angeles and beyond.
He also runs an awesome website at https://halibut.net/, check it out for all kinds of halibut and fishing information.
We’ll be doing another electric reel/rod combo for the raffle grand prize as well as other fishy raffle prizes!
