Join us for our February Meetup for PRPM Sponsored by LevelUp! and Featuring a Sound Bath by Kayla Frischkorn of Radiant Spirit Reiki.

1:00 – 1:30 – Welcome, networking

1:30 – 2:00 – Sound Bath

2:00 – 2:15 – Sound bath sharing

2:15 – 3:00 – Open networking

Snacks will be provided. Please bring your own yoga mat/blanket/pillow for comfort. Some mats will be available.

Aren't familiar with sound baths? They're a form of sound therapy that uses vibrational frequency to calm the mind and relax the body.

When one listens to the healing tones of a singing bowl, the mind easily slips into a meditative state. Many people reach out after a sound healing session to express that they feel lighter, calmer, and experienced a good nights sleep for the first time in months!

During the sound bath, Kayla will lead participants in a guided meditation accompanied by the sounds of singing bowls, chimes and drum. She often incorporated sacred song as well.
