Below you will find an outline of the weekend. All information will be emailed to you prior to the event. Register by February 22 for $10 off. Registration ends Saturday, February 28.

Friday, March 13
5:00pm -- Instructor Meeting @ Springhill Suites
5:30pm -- Candidates report for testing
7pm -- Black Belt Testing
Saturday, March 14
7:00am -- Packet Pick-up for Morning Competitors
8:00am -- Judges Meeting
Directly after Judges Meeting -- Morning Competition Begins (Black Belts) ($65)
9:30-10:45am -- Packet Pick-up for Afternoon Competitors
11:00am -- Opening Ceremonies
Called in the following order after opening ceremonies:
--Creativity Divisions
--Dragons Divisions ($45) and adult divisions
Adults: your assistance is needed to sk/tk after you compete.
--All Gup (color belt) divisions -- Youngest to oldest ($65)
Closing Ceremonies -- At end of competition
After the Tournament -- Dinner is on your own. Then join us at 7:30pm or later for Bowling at the Wood Dale Bowl. We have reserved all 24 lanes for our use. This is a great way to grow our Region 5 bond. ($20)
Sunday, March 15
8:30am -- Doors open for Clinic. All clinic instructors report for short meeting.
9:00am-12:00pm -- Training Clinic all ages and ranks ($10)
