Proms on the Pitch - A Last Night of the Proms Concert at Macclesfield Cricket Club
Macclesfield Cricket Club are delighted to announce that 'Proms on the pitch' is back - A Last Night of the Proms Concert.. Featuring professional opera singers and a concert pianist, as well as welcoming local and homegrown talents. We will be presenting a very accessible and family-friendly evening of excellent musical entertainment, combining well known music with traditional last night of the proms favourites. There will be a stage in place, together with extensive sound and lighting, to bring a first class production to the Club and our wider community. We hope very much that this event will grow over the years to become a valuable fundraiser, alongside the fireworks evening.
