Join Tina McCoy for a heart-based sound meditative journey to explore new beginnings & reconnect with Self to move joyfully into each day as it unfolds.
Tina creates a unique soundscape tapestry woven with the resonance of the seasons and the sounds of various instruments including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and bells to invoke inner calm and peaceful feelings.
