Description: Learn life-saving skills at our Stop the Bleed event! Join us in person for hands-on training on techniques to control bleeding in emergency situations. Whether it's at home, work, or out in your community, knowing how to Stop the Bleed can make a difference. Don't miss this opportunity to boost your first aid skills and be prepared to help those in need!


This course is provided by certified instructors from the UIHC Trauma Service in collaboration with the Emergency Medical Services Learning Resource Center.


Who can enroll?

Anyone aged 18 or older can enroll in this course. It is approved by the American College of Surgeons to teach non-medical personnel the information and skills necessary to control life threatning bleeding until professional help arrives.
