Project Warm Welcome

How the drop-off coat donation works:

• Collection bins are placed at each campus, for detailed location please see the FAQ section.
• We are accepting any gently used winter jacket from November 1st to November 15th.
• We will accept any size and style of gently used winter jacket.

How to a recieve a winter jacket, if you are a student:

• Register to attend the event occuring on Friday November 22nd by completing the event brite registration. Jackets are available to students only.
• The first portion of the event will include a short speaker series focused on sustainability and fast fashion, from 11:30am-1:00pm.
• The second portion will be the Warm Welcome Jacket Free Store where you can pickup a gently used jacket which runs from 1-2:30pm.
• We will need to cap the registration based on how many jackets we recieve, Please register as soon as you can to secure your spot.
• We will also communicate out if there are any leftover jackets to have, after the event has concluded.

Staff are welcome to join the Speaker Series on Fast Fashion, which will run from 11:30am-1pm. Please register and select the 'staff' ticket if you plan to attend.
