About this Event
The IIDA Hawai‘i Pacific Chapter invites you to Project Hop – Part 1, the first event in a new series designed to bring our community inside award-winning spaces across Hawai‘i.
Project Hop offers attendees the opportunity to experience exceptional design firsthand while hearing directly from the teams behind the work.
This installment will feature an exclusive tour of Uncle Paul’s Corner Store, winner of the Ho‘ohuli Award – The Shop Award, which recognizes excellence in customer-focused retail environments.
Designed by Next Design, Uncle Paul’s Corner Store blends hospitality, retail, and community into a vibrant neighborhood gathering place centered around food, connection, and experience.
During the tour, the design team will share insights into the project’s vision, design process, and key moments that helped shape the space.
Following the tour, attendees are invited to stay for a casual pau hana, offering time to connect with fellow designers, industry partners, and members of Hawai‘i’s design community.
